Experience the laws of form and the fluidity of freedom in your body, in your breath, in your soul, and in your smile.

This isn’t just a singing course.

It’s a gentle, soulful immersion in breath, tone, and presence—an invitation to discover how the voice can become a pathway to trust, clarity, and deeper connection with yourself and the world around you.

Whether you are an experienced singer, someone who quietly longs to sing, or simply a person seeking a more grounded and joyful relationship with your voice, this immersion offers a gentle place to begin.

You do not need vocal training or performance experience.
Only a willingness to listen, breathe, and discover what happens when the voice is approached with less pressure and more presence.

Singing as a Path of Transformation...

This journey is not just about learning to sing. It is about becoming more fully yourself.

Your voice is not separate from you—it is a reflection of your presence, your experience, your inner life, and your way of being in the world.

Over time, many of us learn to hold ourselves back through tension, striving, self-consciousness, or the pressure to prove, perfect, or perform.

But there is another way.

Through A Supple Voice, singing becomes more than vocal training. It becomes a practice of listening, awareness, presence, and unfolding—gently restoring a deeper sense of freedom, wholeness, and connection.

Through this work, you are not simply finding your voice—you are discovering more of yourself within it.

  • “One of the best courses I've taken to open up the voice.”

    Marlon H.

This course is an invitation...

An invitation to let go of perfectionism and self-doubt, and instead, embrace the natural beauty and truth of your voice. Together, we will uncover the voice that is already living within you and allow it to emerge with greater freedom, presence, and ease.

See the work come to life.
Watch a short video of Shannon teaching live—witness the softness, the presence, and the joy in every tone.

Come As You Are. Sing From Where You Are.

  • If YOU HAVE NEVER HAD A VOICE LESSON
This immersion will celebrate your courage and honor your process with creative, gentle lessons to awaken your supple voice.

  • IF YOU HAVE BEEN SINGING ALL YOUR LIFE
whether in the shower or on the stage, this immersion will bring your voice, body, and soul to a new supple vitality and beauty.

  • People who love music but do not yet fully trust their voice.

  • Singers who feel tired of pushing, performing, or trying to “sound right.”

  • Sensitive souls longing for a more grounded, embodied, and joyful relationship with breath, tone, and presence.

  • Those seeking greater ease, resonance, freedom, and connection in both singing and life.

  • Returning A Supple Voice Students who wish to refresh and deepen the foundational practices.

All voices and experience levels are welcome.
This course is especially nourishing for:

You will awaken to:

  • The giving and receiving of air without grasping or clinging.

  • An embodied experience of how tone resonates and moves through the whole body as an instrument.

  • The practice of releasing unnecessary holding and allowing the breath, tone, and ground to support you.

  • The unfolding relationship between a supple body, a supple breath, a supple soul, and a supple smile.

  • The cultivation of a unified field of awareness—being fully awake to yourself, the breath, the tone, and the space around you.

The cultivation of your supple voice is a living practice that continues to deepen over time.

Along the way come ever-more-frequent moments when your song becomes self and your self becomes song.

My approach is rooted in the teachings of Valborg Werbeck-Svärdström and her School of Uncovering the Voice. As Werbeck said, “Every human being has a singing voice. Our work is to unveil, take away the hindrances, and free the voice.”

This foundation, along with Rudolf Steiner’s insight around transmuting the breath into song and the embodied principles of F. Matthias Alexander’s work, forms the core of our practice—cultivating greater freedom, grounding, presence, and suppleness in both voice and being.

We have in our breathing a faculty capable of the
highest possible development through the
transmutation of our breathing process into song.

Rudolf Steiner

By unveiling your voice you are transforming yourself.

The two-fold deeds of unveiling the voice and transmuting the self through song are two sides of the same coin. Through sequential practices of preparation, centering, listening, and expression, you gradually awaken to greater freedom, presence, trust, and joy in both singing and life — rising into moments of celebration of the self that open the heart to a deeper connection with others.

In this immersion, these profound teachings guide you to unveil the natural beauty of your voice and foster a deeper connection with your spirit and the world around you.

  • During the lesson, a new selfhood arose in me. I felt someone other than my usual self was singing.

    Guadalupe M.

It’s time to awaken your supple voice.
